CURRICULUM FOR BOOK: There is so much to be learned from neighbors, friends, and family. Your child will read about a boy who becomes friends with a neighbor after giving her a kitten. He comes over to her house to help her with her new kitten and she tells him stories that teach him a lot about the similarities that black history shares with the Jewish heritage.
