CURRICULUM FOR CHAPTER BOOK: The miserable adventure of the Baudelaires continues in the second book of the series. The Baudelaires are now living with their Uncle Monty. At his house, they discover all different kinds of things. They also meet some friendly reptiles. Though the happiness doesn’t last, soon an imposter comes and the children recognize a familiar face and it’s not a nice one. Chaos ensues and the children again have to use their wits to stay alive.
